David S. Rubalcava
Attorney at Law
David’s knowledge of real estate, mortgage banking and law has allowed him to provide services for his clients with a perspective that few other attorneys can offer.
After graduating from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business Management, David began a career in real estate, loans, and mortgage banking. With almost 10 years of experience dealing with mortgages, home purchases, and leases, he has acquired an in-depth knowledge of all major facets of residential real estate.
David decided to expand his horizons and obtained a Juris Doctor with a focus on business law from Western State University College of Law. There he served as Student Body President and was awarded multiple scholarships and honored with the school’s Alumni Leadership Award.
The combination of careers in both law and real estate has served him well as he is able to use his unique combination of core competencies in formulating resolution strategies for basic and complex legal issues involving estate planning, asset protection, real estate, business law, trust administration, and probate. David’s ultimate goal is to help families protect their property and financial assets by helping them legally pass on a legacy to their children and future generations.
David also has experience in complex litigation and high profile cases involving major banks, the US Attorney’s Office, the Federal Reserve, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
David has also been involved in supporting and building up his community. The State Bar of California awarded him the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate, an award that recognizes the contribution of legal professionals who volunteer their time and expertise on behalf of those in the community.
David also enjoys traveling, cooking, history, and sports.
